Powder Coating

Powder coating is a finishing process in which a dry powder coating is electrostatically applied to aluminum extrusions. The process begins with a thorough pre-treatment to remove dust, grease, oil, and other surface contaminants, ensuring excellent coating adhesion. An electrostatic spray gun is then used to apply the charged powder evenly onto the grounded aluminum surface. The coated extrusions are cured in a high-temperature oven, where the powder melts and forms a durable, smooth, and uniform protective finish. After cooling naturally, the result is a high-quality coating that offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and an attractive appearance.
